Game Maker Studio won't open

I've been having a problem recently with Game Maker Studio. Whenever I try to open it, nothing happens. There's a loading icon that comes up for about 2 seconds, and then nothing happens. I've tried reinstalling it, running it as an administrator, neither of which have worked. The weird thing is that I've used Game Maker many times in the past, and now it decides not to work. Game Maker Player does open normally. I'm running this on Windows 10. plz halp

1) You are replying to a post that is almost 5yrs old.
2) The OP is no longer a member on the forum.
3) This thread is in the Legacy forum, meaning OP was likely referring to GMS 1.4.

Make your own thread in the correct forum describing your issue in as much detail as possible to make it easy for people to help you.
I'd also recommend taking a look at the Community Guidelines so that you don't necro any other 5yr old threads or do any of the other things on the "Do not:" list.
