Windows Game Installer Dumps Sounds to Root Directory

Hi,

When creating an installer executable for my game, I noticed that all of my game's audio files are stored in the root directory where the game's executable is stored. I noticed this is also the case for Hyper Light Drifter (another GameMaker-made game). It seems kind of sloppy. Is there any way to have the sound files installed to a sub-folder?
