Legacy GM Forgot password to login, says email isn't a registered accn't

Hi,

Today when I open my GM:S 1.4 like I do everyday it suddenly ask for login info and my license key. I forgot my password so I entered the registered email but it says "There is no account with this email. Please check if you entered the correct details."

I took a screenshot when I did my purchase with my license key and basic info, so I'm pretty sure it was the correct email, at least when I made the purchase. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance.
