I feel like I must be missing something. I'm drawing on the GUI layer using draw_text(). It's a low res 16bit game so I figured the only way to draw text that isn't fuzzy for lack of a better word would be on the GUI layer. But if you click on the screenshot below, that's not the case. This is a font with anti-alias on and at size 25, though the fuzzy shows on every size I've tried. I can't get it to draw clear. Any thoughts?
