Windows Flash Drive

Hey! I'm on Windows GMS2 and I was wondering if there was a way to get my games to work on a flash drive. Basically, at my school we cant download programs (where it says "are you sure you want to allow this program to make changes to this computer?") on the school computers. However, I want to share my games (they are simple) with students in my engineering class. I don't want to download gms2 on the drive, just the windows game. Also, I'm not ready to shell out 150 bucks for html5, so i basically just want to run it off the flash drive. Do you think this would be possible? Thanks in advance!
