Windows FAILED: Run Program Complete

    I've been working on a project for a while, I opened it yesterday and compiled without making any changes and was greeted with the error FAILED: Run Program Complete. I searched google, upgraded the IDE to the latest version, upgraded the runtime to the latest version and cleaned up the temporary files. I've wasted hours on this issue. Does anyone have insight into what's going on? Like I said I didn't make any changes, I always compile before I do to make sure there aren't any issues. Searching google I noticed that sometimes programming errors will sometimes produce this issue but the error is always referenced in the compiler output. The only error referenced is the mysterious "System.IO.IOException: Data error (cyclic redundancy check)" which google states is a hard drive error however my project loaded without any issue, my code is intact as well as all my objects. I would greatly appreciate any help. Also this is the second time this has happened last time it went away after cleaning my temporary files. Here is the output:
