Legacy GM Failed Initialize Drawing Surfaces Error

Hello everyone,
i have some trouble with GameMaker 8,7,6 because when i test a game made in those versions, this error shows:

Code:

Failed initialize drawing surfaces, please check that your graphics card
needs the minimum requeriments and your drivers are up-to-date,
if your card has little memory, try switching
to a little resolution.

I have a
Windows 10
Intel Core 2 Duo 2.80 GHz
8 GB of RAM
x64-based PC
NVIDIA 8500 GT

I don't know the reason of that so it will be apreciated if somebody solved it.
PD: Game Maker 5 works ok.

These are very old versions & Sure about DirectX was installed
and check surface_exists() before drawing any specific surface
