Question - IDE ETA for XBOX and PS(x) plugins after release?

So I am currently developing in 1.4.x and really like what 2.0 looks like it is going to bring to the table. However, the main reason I abandoned my own engine and moved to GMS was for support to export on XBOX and PS platforms. Is there any reasonable estimate of when the plugins for this will be available after launch???

I would love to start working with GMS2 but until those plugins are available its nothing more than a toy to me.
 
The roadmap says Q1, though? Or do you mean for them to be out of beta? Am I missing something?
Edit: Ah, are the Xbox One and PS4 target betas not public? How much of GMS2's code based was changed? It feels weird that it's going to take a full year to get console support back. Was GMS2 a complete rewrite or something?
