Error on load, Uable to find function List.gml

can someone explain how to get my extension working?
I currently was just testing to see if I could make a simple extension, however it seems when I call the function "List" it can't find it even though it gets highlighted in the script editor

I wanted to make an extension that does not add scripts to the project but instead keeps them within a package either imported as the extension itself or a extension file
