Edit tags?

I know you can change the prefix of a topic in the same place as the thread title, but I've found no way to edit the tags for a topic, which can be an issue if you were to, for example, forget to set any before posting.

Is there in fact a way to edit tags after a topic has been posted?
If so, how?
If not, could one be added?

There should be an "edit" link right beside the tags after the topic has been posted...

I think that only works if you start with at least one tag, but I just noticed this thing as well:

 

[Nocturne]

Yep. That's the thing you need to use to add tags after posting.
