Windows Duplicated objects don't appear in game

Hi all,

Since the last update, I have been running into this issue where duplicating an object, renaming it and then calling it in game just does not work. The object does not appear.
Creating a new object and copy+pasting the information from the original object seems to work, it's just duplicating that doesn't.

I'm not sure how to go about testing why this occurs, it seems like an issue with the update, has anyone else been having this?
