Hello, I recently upgraded from a PC to another and found this awkward behaviour while running the main screen.
This happens once I enter the menu and later rooms in the game, then it goes unnoticable.
Is this a DirectX issue or a faulty setting/code in the game?

Update: while cancelling some drawing events I found that the GUI draw event is causing this, yet I need to use it for my games.
This only happens after I resize the window.
