Question - IDE downloadable manual ..?

Ive recently installed 2.3 and the manual is always online,
the odd time when my internet is playing up, it takes for the manual to load up,..
is there a manual i can download so its on my computer without accessing the internet .??
im sure ive read this when when 2.3 got released,..

.. ahhhh,.... I did that and it went to my browser again,.. but, at second glance,
Its just an HTML file, and NOT going to the 'NET ,.. CHEERS!! :)
