Steam Don't run the GMS 2 on my notebook

Hi Everyone,
So my problem is i can't run the GMS 2 on my notebook. On my PC it works well. I bought the software from Steam. My notebook main spec.: it is a Lenovo IdeaPad C340 with 16gb ram, intel pentium gold proc. and intel uhd 610 graphics card.
