Question - Code Do Layers and Tilemaps created with GML need to be cleaned up?

I was just messing with layer_create() and layer_tilemap_create() and the documentation doesn't say anything about needing to delete them in order to avoid a memory leak, but functions have been provided to destroy these things.

Are all layers and tilemaps cleaned up on room end or do I need to do it manually?

Good question. Being part of the room, I'd think not - but I'm not 100% sure. Those who do know for sure, are now off on holiday.
