Hey, so I'm working on a game where my enemy objects are using the grid functions to move around. Right now I have the game create a single global grid at the beginning of the game that all the objects use as their grid. However, I've just created a type of door object that I want certain enemies to be able to pass through and certain ones not to.
Is there a way I can mark off the doors for some enemies but not mark it for others and have them all use the same global grid still? I'm mostly just worried about the game's performance of having 2 global grids (although is that really a big deal?)
