 directory-related constants not including final backslash?

Is this a bug or is it intentional?

These include the last slash:
- game_save_id
- working_directory

These don't, oddly enough:
- program_directory
- temp_directory

I think they should all include the last slash personally, for consistency's sake.

File a bug about inconsistent behaviour. I would have thought that if working_directory has it then the other directory constants should too...
