I'm making a platformer right now and I decided to add some physics toys, right now these are only boxes but I want to add TNT etc later. The issue however is that the player is able to trap themselves by toppling the boxes, the reason they can't move the boxes is because they can only move them in a 'power up state' which can only be activated mid-air.
So far the options I've come up with are:
Limit the number of boxes in a level to 2
Give the player the ability to repel boxes when not in mid air.
Give the player a 'reset to last checkpoint' button.
So, what should I do?
