Added current_millisecond asset.

I was surprised to learn you cannot get the current time's millisecond value! Well now you can.

Will be tinkering with this and making an edit tomorrow. Was just trying to do some clever no-object verlet physics and ragdolls and got lost trying to handle groups of them in nested lists. Accessor chaining has piqued my interest
