Question - IDE Cursor can't leave editor window

Hey folks,

Coming onto a bug where I can't actually drag the cursor out of the editor window - I can't even access my Windows taskbar unless I alt-tab, which restores full freedom to my mouse. Restarting the program several times hasn't fixed the issue.

Anyone else experienced this issue? Have I pressed something that locks the mouse to inside the editor window?
