GameMaker 'Create Executable' Issue

When I tried to create an executable using the button at the top of the user layout I was prompted that "Packages can not be built for the selected platform".

Now obviously that sounds very straight forward. My question is on how I can go about selecting a platform that it can build to; Or rather, put more simply, what do/can I change to get the process to go through without the error?

Might just be missing something silly~
