Android Crackling audio on android

Hi.

I'm trying to develop a kind of a musical app for Android.
On test mode (Windows), the sounds come out clean. But running on an ANDROID device is accompanied by "CRACKLING"/"POPPING" NOISE, quite frequentlly.

What is causing that?

You should start by stating your exact GM version. The issue with audio started when YoYo got into a licensing dispute with an audio engine vendor and had to fall back to something more basic.
