Turns out that Riptide will have a different start from its homeplace to the cave entrance on the second stage's bottom, under what appears to be a path of water.

Meaning that the first boss might be skipped and he would have to face a different boss earlier so we end with some skills like double jump.

Its also planned to have him wear multiple weapon choices but might take a while so instead, the spear will be able to perform side effects along with visual and different hitboxes upgrades.

Hopefully these things are well taken, meaning that the use of multiple weapons might be discarded and have a character use a specific weapon.

Also, while Cee Ann resembles adaptability, Riptide has an extended book of spells that will make it difficult to close combat.

Update for devlog:
Turns out that before the events of disease, two great tech corps were competing against each other to show who's the most advanced.

Atheros Project: was a company of innovative mechanisms and advanced robotics solutions. They were seeking the ambitious ideal to become the one above the market while offering complex products for a modest price, it wasn't just about tech but they were selling a status as well or that's what they were promoting with their exclusivity. Little is known since it never delivers a message on media, yet the people using it make the marketing themselves. Making it a hidden community where they shine among the crowd for its standing out products. Most prototypes are offered to Business, when the final product finds its place for both commercial & personal use.

Zaphire NET Systems: as its name says, a company about Network Equipment Tech. While they were good at building connectivity systems for networks, they also worked on a side project where people would be assisted with robots that could be their guides on personal growth. The power of its networking system along with an assistant was a concept that brought many eyes as their database was based on the connectivity of local areas supported by themselves and its associates. Originally it was delivered to those who were interested in marketing so they would call people's attention on street just for a limited time, then they would fully become for home use or training/studying.

At a point the future of robots was making a highlight, so both companies started to make them while using acronyms to make it easy to understand its purposes:

Atheros Project:
Nemesis V.E.X. (Violence,Energy,Power)
Nemesis V.E.X. was meant to be a robot for Police. Usually called Nemesis, it was shown around featuring Safety & Integrity while using its mechanical force for the most aggressive situations, making itself a treat for others. At one point its use was flagged for being insensitive as a bad mediator for using violence as a starter and skipping investigation, turning most situations in bad ends for innocent people.

Zaphire NET Systems:
Code: C.E.E. A.N.N. (Create, Evaluate, Execute, Analyze, Neutralize, Navigate)
Cee Ann for short, is an acronym of the previous stated. It was meant to be a prototype that happened to continue its development even after the company goals for robots was successful. At one point it became a dynamic robot as time gave it more upgrades. The idea was to make it visually appealing and having supportive mindstate where "he" would be up against a challenge that seems impossible. That optimism was often a the motto in its development, yet he was programmed to solve many situations while giving attention to others.

The idea of Cee Ann acronym was meant to be like this:

The first word CEE (was for the supportive process)
Create: Let your ideas evolve and your dreams show up.
Evaulaute: Reality check vs Fantasy, how far can we go?
Execute: Make it happen! Just do it!

The meaning of ANN (for situational problems)
Analyze: Get a vision of what problems lie ahead.
Neutralize: Can it be fixed? Can we come to terms? Let's make it stop to prevent its escalation.
Navigate: Whatever happens, Keep going, Future holds ahead!

Settings are now available.

They will add control customization/mapping: currently they are held temporarily in memory and on reset might get lost.

Riptide's inventory is now functional with drops from enemies.

Versus is now available, the main menu warns you about the required hardware (game controllers)

The versus screen is an upgrade from this video:

Cee Ann went his way to find the items for the items needed for a virus, in the way he finds a gargoyle named Cross Venelent (meaning the cross of stories between characters and the words Venomous X Benevolent... in which Venelent means that he has to offer a cure through hazardous/risky ways to achieve it... like medicine with side effects) .

In an encounter Cee Ann has to battle and eliminate him as soon as possible after a short speech where it claims itself "The beginning and End of everything", which sounded ambigous as it was hard to tell due to the situation... was it an ally or an enemy? He warned about going any further in the quest and decided to show its power against our protagonist, leading him to its end.

After that Cee Ann was able to find all the required resources and sent them through the aid-bot (making it unable to have its support for the rest of the game).

But something was not right since he encountered creatures in alarm and a defensive state against everyone while they were known to be calm as long as they didn't get bothered. Meaning something with was happening far away... perhaps the first encounters with the undead had to do something about it...
