If you cut, then usually next action is paste, so this have sense :) (cause "cut" means "cut to clipboard" not "remove").

I guess most people use the keyboard shortcuts anyway, but @gnysek definitely has a point... you generally cut more than you copy (at least if you believe in DRY programming), and paste about as much as you cut, and since Copy is used less often, it makes sense to have it further down in the menu.

Well, I do a lot of copying since I don't like writing out variables and keyboard_check(ord(x)), and such, all the time. But like I said, it's not a deal breaker, it's just weird.
