Can anyone recommend me a good Tutorial or Explanation on Programming Controller Support (Or other Input devices) for Gamemaker?

You could really have just Googled.

The docs explain it pretty well, and Shaun Spalding the Community Manager has covered it as part of his GM:S Tutorial series.
