GameMaker changes in the angle of the collision mask (rotation of the collision mask)

Also it doesn't actually rotate, rather it stretches to contain the rotated sprite in the still axis-aligned collision rectangle.

Supposedly gms2 will actually rotate it, at least with certain collision functions (while others treat it as a stretch). Was a post I searched for last night.
