Hello all im creating a 2d platformer where you play as a cat and ive just updated the art work. i think it looks better in general but as a "character" im unsure. what is besst the old or the new?

The new one: more contrast, funnier. More outrageous proportions, which works better. But in both versions I feel the cat itself (shape, etc.) is rather in-distinctive, and could be improved further. The ears are incorrect, btw: a cat's ears are propped forward, and not sidewards, unless they turn their ears toward a sound.
