Mac OSX Can't Run YYC Fresh Project

I just bought an M1 chip Mac. I was using GMS2 on Windows 10 without any problem. My MacOS is last version. (Big Sur 11.4)
I cannot make GMS2 build a fresh project successfully. I am not trying to export the game.
