cant open second gms 1.4 instance

Hi guys,

I cant open a second GMS for my client server setup.
Any ideas why ?
Used to be able to.

Restart worked.

If you're using the Steam version, there's a New IDE button on the top toolbar which will open a second instance of GameMaker.
