Android Can't open SDK Manager/android.bat

So since Android Studio doens't work well (Because I can`t export to android, see this) I'm trying again to install SDKs with SDK manager but I can't open "android.bat" since it closes when I click on it.
Seems like this is a very common problem but I can't find anyone who solve it on the Internet for me. (How it is possible that a paid programm like GM gives so many errors??)
I can executate some commands from CMD but no idea how to do all the work from there.
Any help to open android.bat?

Any tutorial from Yoyo where they explain how I must setup my PC to export to android? :-(
