Question - Downloading Can't import asset GMS2

I've downloaded the Free Shaders asset from the Marketplace but can't seem to find a way to import it. It's not showing in my library nor in my purchase history which I recently cleared. Assets which I had are still marked as purchased.
Downloading a different asset just says it's been added to my account but can't find it in my library.

Anyone know how to get the project into GMS2?
