Can't Export my Game to Mac

I have completely coded a very simple game that I want to try out. However whenever I go to export it, I get the error: "Error : Could not find matching certificate for Developer ID Application:, please check your 'Signing Identifier' in your macOS Options" I went into Xcode, made the apple development certificate but when I got into my keychain I put in every possible name that could be associated with it and it doesn't work. Before someone puts the GMS2 setting up mac tutorial, I have version 11.13.1 (newest release) of Xcode so it is very different. Any help is appreciated.
