Android Cannot install Google APK expansion

Hello,
I have GMS2.3 mobile, and recently I wanted to use Google Analytics to track user events. I opened Game Options - Android and clicked the checkbox: "Use Google APK expansion". It opened my browser and showed 404 error.

How can I fix this bug? Is there any other way to integrate google analytics into my game?
