Windows cannot create exe

Hello, I'm new to making games and have just finished a game only to have this problem all of a sudden.

It happens when I attempt to make an executable of the game.

So I have read that when you change the icon for the game through the windows option, this can cause a problem, I have tried to change it back, however, I cannot seem to find the original.

I also noticed this line
Failed to load Options from C:\Users\MOUNG\AppData\Roaming/GameMakerStudio2\MOUNGOOSE_2126051\local_settings.json

Could anyone please help me?
I'm quite new to gamemaker studio 2 and I will be absolutely devastated if I cannot release this game at literally the last second :(

This is my first time debugging compiler errors so lets see how I do.

Looking at your compiler output...
System.ArgumentException: Illegal characters in path.
Try renaming your folders? Perhaps you have non standard (accented?) characters in your path.

Not sure where you heard that from, but if you're doing it externally (from a file explorer or something similar), try doing it from the GMS2 IDE (Game Options -> your_platform -> Images)?

Hope I helped :)
