UWP Cannot compile to YYC

I have the UWP license. I set everything up according to the guide on this website. When I run the UWP through VM it works great. But when I try to compile it through YYC I get this error:

error MSB4019: The imported project "Z:\Microsoft.Cpp.Default.props" was not found. Confirm that the path in the <Import> declaration is correct, and that the file exists on disk.

I'm not sure what to do. Can someone help me?
