Steam Can not Login to YoYo account anymore.

Hey,
I own the Steam version. Today I started it after some month not touching it says "session not found". After that I need to login to my YoYo Account, but it alway gives me the window saying "Authetication failed. Please verify your username and password and try again." I have a password safe where I copy and paste the password from and I checked for leading or trailing spaces and even tried to type it in manually.
EDIT: just checked if I can log in via the website, that is not possible for me either.
EDIT2: used the forgot pw option to fix it, it is still very strange, that my pw was not recognised anymore.
