Buy export modules

I want to buy GMS2 Android export module, but I'm curious about what to buy.
Because when I debug a mobile game, I usually use desktop module as well.

Does that mean, that I have to buy both desktop and Android modules?
The thing is I'm not going to EXPORT the desktop version, I'll just use it for DEBUGGING and then export it for Android.

Please help, I'm in hurry, the Steam sale ends in 8 hours ^^'

But then I dont have access to debug the game in desktop

My main question is:

When I buy GMS2 Android, can I debug game in desktop (not export)?
If you only have a mobile module, you can still run and debug the game on your respective desktop platform, but you cannot export a desktop executable file for the game.

Then just buy the android one.
My initial reaction was exactly this.

Is it as clear cut as that now? Given that Desktop trial version expires after 30 days, can you now do a Desktop test build by only owning the Android module?

@YellowAfterlife ninja'd me. Seems he has the answer for this.

Buying either version (standalone or Steam) lets you link it to your YoYo Account, which then lets you use whichever one you prefer.
