Built in health

    Is the build in Drag and drop health system a global variable. I was told it wasnt but readying the GM info it says it is?

    It is, health is shared by every instance over every room.

    OK so if i make a controller to keep my characters health, i should be able to mess with the health from other objects

    I'm not sure what you mean.
    Just have some self defined instance health variable: hp

    That is correct. You cannot have a unique health for your objects by using the built-in health-variable. You have to create your own variable inside the objects called something else, like hp as jo-thijs said.
