Windows Build W/ "Windows" Export With Resources Exposed?



I've got an interesting and important question.
Is it possible to build using "Windows" export a game with resources exposed?
Like to show all individual graphics/sounds/musics/fonts in the EXE's folder?

I wish to give the game to a graphic artist to get better artwork in the game and it would be greatly helpful
if the graphic artist could just modify existing PNG image files and run the game after each modify.
