UWP Buffer Question Related to Saving And Loading When Targeting Xbox

Hello, if anyone has done saving and loading with the UWP Xbox One target, can you help out with whether or not this particular save system would pass the requirements of saving with buffers as this document shows: UWP: Saving And Loading When Targeting Xbox

Since the code is pretty long I included it in a spoilers tag. I know that I would have to add the required Xbox save profile code first.

I did a test to see how long it took to save with a get_timer() set up and the time it took was 5.25 Milliseconds. I guess what I asking is, how do I actually know what the "permitted" save time is when saving to Xbox One since saving ini files the normal way is considered too slow?
