Hey. Question.
This website here:
http://gaurav.munjal.us/Universal-LPC-Spritesheet-Character-Generator/#
Has sprites I want to use on google play. Just wondering if:

By Google play, is it OK Given the License info to use what you make of this. And make it usable on like a 'global-scale'. for free?
By the way, I REALLY have no idea on Law. You may have figured that out by now.

ANND! I have Autism. You see, I can read, I feel I need MORE clarification.

My Biggest question is, If I made a solider, A Ogre and a hero. Can I use ALL of them in my in my Google Play Game From the Link I Provided?

That site says that all art is dual licensed: GPL3 and CC-BY-SA3

Here is a quick link to look over for CC-BY-SA3:
https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0/us/

Which essentially says:
You are free to:

Share — copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format
Adapt — remix, transform, and build upon the material
for any purpose, even commercially.
The licensor cannot revoke these freedoms as long as you follow the license terms.

Have to keep researching but, you should be good to go - I am not a lawyer or legal expert by any means, so take that with a grain of salt and make sure to do a bit of your own research!
