Question - General Banned Assets

I don't know where to post this so I'm posting it here. And asset I downloaded - the author got banned from GMS. I am a question for him but he doesn't want to respond.

By "banned from GMS" do you mean banned from the GMC? There is no correlation between the GMC and the Marketplace, so you can simply use the contact button on the asset page of the Marketplace and they'll get an email. I would not suggest posting anything here though, unless it's a VERY general question, as the asset contents belong to the asset creator and you only have a licence to use them, not distribute the contents in any way.

Do you know why they won't respond? Did you do something that might have upset them?
