Android & iOS Rumble/Vibration

Hello,

I am testing the waters with mobile development and I did not find anything in the GMS2 documentation about rumble for mobile devices.

I am familiar with doing it with gamepads, however this seems to be completely different. Anyone with experience in mobile development can point me out how to do it?

I haven't designed one myself yet, but I might recommend looking at the documentation for os_check_permission here.

The Android permission you'd be looking for is VIBRATE but can't really speak for iOS.

Add the extension to your project and call Vibrate

Run on phone and it does vibrate

I tested it and it works like a charm! Thanks a lot Mool definitely will be useful.

For anyone who tries to use this, don't forget to open the extension and tick the checkboxes Android and iOS on the "Copies to" seciton., otherwise it will not copy the extension and it won't work even if you call the proper function.
