Not yet. I've asked this about a month ago to YoyoGame's CS, they said it will be supported once a new Google Play Service extension is released in the marketplace. I'm guessing it might be made available around the time GMSv.2.3.2 Stable is released.

2 years later and still nothing? Damn, Game Maker is letting us down so bad.

We can't release it on Marketplace yet due we added a callback from the runner to make it work properly
