Android Error getting GameAssetsDROID.zip

Hi guys,
whenever i create application with my android phone, everything would work fine until this error pops up saying it can't get GameAssetsDROID.zip. In the console it says network is unreachable. I even tried to configure the ip address and port but they should't be the problem (the port is correct and the ip is the ipv4 address). This just happened today, it never happened previously though. Updating build tools didn't work.
