Windows missing runtime - SOLVED

Hi GMC,
My GM is failing to compile under YYC, getting this popup:


The file is present inside system32. I've also uninstalled & reinstalled the Redistributable, but still getting the popup. Any Suggestions?

Fixed, had to do a complete Visual Studio 2015 reinstall
