Background has the same height as the room, still it shows as a vertical tile

I have this background:

The room has the same height:

But still, it loops at the bottom of the room, which shouldn't happen right?

You can clearly see it loops back to the top.

What's going on here?

Nevermind, had my room settings messed up for some weird reason.
