Where do you get your sprites?

Hey everyone. I'll admit i'm not very artistically inclined. Buuuut short of ASCII graphics it's hard to make a game nowadays without packing it with at least a few tasty sprites.
Where do you get yours? Do you buy them or make them, and where? Mostly for me, it's paint dot net for basic little things but I absolutely never like the end result. Do you like yours by the time you upload them to game maker?

I make my own, doesn't feel like my game otherwise.
