Hi there,
I am looking for a talented GM developer to help me create a cross platform (PC, Android, IOS, and possibly consoles) flexible engine for 2D (and/or isometric) Tycoon/Management Style games. Complete game and systems design documents will be made available. First title is closely related to sports management, where you train your athletes to compete and use their winnings to upgrade training facilities to further level, equip, and develop your athletes.
I am looking for a dedicated individual that truly loves and enjoys creating games. I'd prefer a native English or German speaker to avoid communications mishaps.
I can't pay you a fortune, I am just an individual - not a company, so expect anywhere between 8 to 12 Dollars per hour cumulatively over the duration of the project. But I do feel strongly that anybody with the talent to pull this off deserves payment, unless they prefer royalty share.
