Turning off anti-aliasing for splash screen

Our cover image is pixel art so "smoothing it out" makes it look like a still image from high compression video.
Any way to turn off anti-aliasing for the splash screen in the pro 1x version of gamemaker studio?

If there's no way, a workaround would be to upscale your pixelart to a high enough resolution with "nearest neighbour" filter (in other words, no anti-aliasing) - then even if the size doesn't match, it won't look bad when scaling down.

you can do what i do dont use the splash screen instead have a very first room just to draw that image use texture_set_interpolation to turn interpolation off then fade out go to next room which will be your game and turn it back on

thanks for the info and suggestions. for now, we are using a higher resolution version in it looks all right.
